Rumors of a magician traveling the land began to circulate one day. Stories of a mysterious show spread by word-of-mouth from village to village, and when news broke of the magician's arrival at a certain location, people would flock to see. Her name was Chloe, the magician with long ears who was able to pull any number of rabbit dolls out of her hat and could send a seeming endless supply of cards flying. She became one of the most famous magicians in all Latecia.
"A lot of people thing magic is fake or just a trick of the eyes, but what do you think?" "Are you really asking me that? The magic that people perform and that which Astromons perform are very different. Astromons use astral energy." "Exactly! That's why all my magic is real! It's not some trick." "I know. I've seen it firsthand. I am your apprentice, after all." "Yeah, it's just annoying that people call me a fake." "There's something beautiful even about fakes, but real magic can't be done by just anyone. Have confidence in yourself. You're the greatest magician there is." "Aww, thanks..." -A conversation between Cleo and her apprentice, Barney Stimpson
"Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for waiting! Our show starring Latecia's greatest magician, Trixie, is about to begin! Right now she's backstage talking with her dolls to calm her nerves. Let's welcome her out and make her feel comfortable by giving her a great big round of applause! -A special show at the Lupurn Astromon League Stadium
An excerpt from the supplement "Magic Secrets" included in "Theories on Ecological Exchange Vol. 411": "Her trademark trick of pulling numerous rabbit dolls out of her hat is thought to have a deep connection not with space manipulation, but rather with "division". Her trick of throwing a single card into the air and having it split into dozens or even hundreds of cards could be explained in the same manner. The props she uses during her show maintain a physical existence at the time, but disappear once the show is done without the need for clean-up. From this, we can posit that there are restrictions on the amount of time she can maintain the existence of objects created by her "division" magic."
An excerpt from the supplement "Magic Secrets" included in "Theories on Ecological Exchange Vol. 411": "Barney, her apprentice, is a talking rabbit doll. It is unknown whether he is derived from her magic or if he exists as an independent entity, but if it were the former, he would share her same perceptions and thoughts and thus there would be little point in her consulting with him about her schedule, etc. It may be better, then, to view him as an individual entirely independent from her. This may be further supported by the research of Seltz C. Valentin that asserts the possibility of an object to become sentient after prolonged exposure to astral energy..."
An excerpt from the supplement "Magic Secrets" included in "Theories on Ecological Exchange Vol. 411": "Her magic becomes more extravagant as she herself grows; greater experience bolsters her ability for expression. We wish her the best in her future endeavors. We wish her the best in her future endeavors. Any readers wishing to join her official fan club can do so by sending the proper forms and a letter of introduction to 207-11 East Merizoa, Lupern."
"Master, try to guess which card I throw at you is the real one... No, over there. Yeah, stand right there. Okay, here I go... Cards of Fate x15!" *throws cards* "Ow, ow, ow! Stop! They're all real!" "Correct! Hehe!" -A peaceful moment with Chloe and her master
"You know how you wear glasses if you eyes are bad? Well, I'm going to make you wear a hat, because your hair looks bad!" "No it's not!" -A peaceful moment with Cleo and her master
"Tonight, I've prepared a magic show just for you. It's going to be more romantic than you can imagine!" "Your idea of romance normally ends with me physically hurt and/or bleeding..." "Don't forget about heart-broken!" "Yeah, that's gonna be too much for me to take." "Teehee!" -A peaceful moment with Trixie and her master
