Behind that ominous mask lies a queen who stares straight into the darkness. Her power over dreams and the night is unquestioned, and none can escape her gaze. Her shield, Erebos, moves according to her will, feeding upon her opponents's souls. She can then release those souls all at once to send any foes in the vicinity flying.
Brought to life by astral energy, this Astromon is the very embodiment of "night". She is able to attack her opponenets' souls directly, an ability that she can use against almost any living creature save for a few select Astromons, and her power is as eternal as teh darkness. There exists no record of her face behind the mask, and it is said that if anyone but her master sees her face, they will be plunged into a deep fear that quickly leads to madness.
The final evolutionary form of Midnight, now flowing with astral energy. No longer merely the "embodiment" of night, she has become the "deification" of the night. Her power transcends human understanding, allowing her to store a veritable sea of souls within Erebos. A single piercing gaze from her is enough to seal one's soul, and none are free before her.
